This website is operated by Jordan George, Executive Partner at HR Soul Consulting. This policy explains what information is collected when you use this site, including the Workforce Risk & Readiness Snapshot.
The Snapshot. The Snapshot runs entirely in your web browser. Your answers are not sent to us or stored by us. Your browser may keep an unfinished Snapshot on your device so you can return to it; “Start over” clears it. We receive your information only if you choose to request your full report, which sends an email containing your contact details and a code we can use to collect your answers.
Information you send us. If you contact us through our contact form, by email, or by requesting your full Snapshot report, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, company, the subject and content of your message, and any results you choose to share. Contact form submissions are delivered to us by email through Squarespace, which may also store a copy in our website account. We use this information only to respond to you, prepare any report you request, and follow up about HR Soul Consulting services. We do not sell your information or share it outside HR Soul Consulting except with service providers that help us run this website.
Website analytics and cookies. This site is hosted by Squarespace, which collects standard visit information (such as pages viewed, device type, and approximate location) and uses cookies. See Squarespace’s privacy policy for details.
Third-party resources. The Snapshot loads fonts from Google Fonts and PDF tools from Cloudflare. These providers receive standard technical information, such as your IP address, when your browser loads them.
Your choices. To ask what information we have about you, or to have it deleted, email jordan@hrsoul.com.
Changes. We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
